  2. Hi! I really like your photographs. I remember your old lj, and I bought a (I think?) Nikon 4300 because I wanted to take pictures as good as you. Then of course I learned it is not about the kind of camera but rather the person behind it. ;) Now, many years later I am curious about your film photographs. Like.. what kind of film do you use, any tips, and how did you come across it? I'd like to buy one, but I am afraid of buying a defective one! :( Anyways keep blogging, keep smiling. :D

  4. Yes! I can't wait, I've been needing some art for my apartment.

  5. Oh Holly, I know - I'm just the worst. You've been waiting on me for so long. Thanks for being so patient!

Tomorrow I am picking up a proof of one of the pieces. If I like the way it turns out then I can finally get the ball rolling!

  6. Thanks Angela! I can't remember what kind of camera I was using back then, but I think you're right about it being a Nikon.

Now I am using a Canon AV-1, which I purchased on Ebay. For most of my photos (so far) I've used Kodak Gold 200 speed film. Right now I'm trying out some professional film that a friend of mine gave me, but I haven't had it processed yet. You'll hear about it once I have!
